Let your imagination take you to a winter wonderland when you join the Children’s Winter Reading Club (for ages 0 – 5th grade) or Teen Winter Reading Club (for 6th grade – 12th grade) at the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library. Both Winter Reading Clubs will run from December 1st through January 31st.

Beginning December 1st, visit either the Children’s Room or Teen Desk to get started. Children can pick up a game board for the Winter Reading Club, which they can use to earn prizes as they read books. As children read more books, they will advance along the game board, earning Fine Bucks that can be used to pay library fines. Upon completion of the game board, kids will receive a free book.

Teens can participate by picking up a review sheet at the Teen Desk. Once they finish a book, they can fill out the brief review sheet and turn it in. They will receive a free book, $2 in Fine Bucks, and a raffle ticket for a $50 Books-A-Million gift card. For each additional book read and reviewed, they will receive more Fine Bucks and raffle tickets.
