Introducing our “Library of Things” collection at New Albany Central Library!
The Library of Things is a group of different items available for a 2 week check out! You might be familiar with our birdwatching kits and telescopes? Now, we have added lots more items, including a sewing machine, Legos, coding robots, a movie projector, a GoPro camera, and more. Just drop by the upper level area at New Albany Central Library to browse our collection.
To place an item on hold, or to see everything available, just search “Library of Things” in our catalog. Using quotation marks will help limit the search to just the items in the Library of Things collection! Then, under locations, click “change” and select “New Albany” only.
The Library of Things items come in their own containers and are all shelved at New Albany Central Library. Don’t worry, these items can be sent between our library branches for easy pick ups and returns!
