The Tri-County borrowing program allows residents of any of the three counties (Floyd, Clark, Harrison) who live in a library district to borrow from any of the public libraries in those counties.

In addition to borrowing material at any tri-county library location, cardholders can attend programs and utilize many of the services other libraries offer (some restrictions may apply) at the library closest to them.

How to apply for a Reciprocal Borrower Card

To apply, visit our Customer Service Desk and bring your home library card and ID. You must be in good standing at your home library. Reciprocal borrower cards are good for 1 year and then must be renewed.
