The Quartet will perform in the Strassweg Auditorium of the New Albany-Floyd County Public Library on Tuesday, March 11th, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Jamey Aebersold, who will be playing alto saxophone, the Quartet will include Steve Allee on piano, Tyrone Wheeler on bass, and Jonathan Higgins on the drums.
Jamey, a native of New Albany, is an internationally-known jazz musician who has produced jazz educational materials used around the world. For over ten years, the Quartet has brought jazz performances to schools in the Southern Indiana/Louisville area.
