Library Board member Pamela Poe has been awarded a Lilly Endowment Teacher Creativity Fellowship to live with a host family in China, tour historic sites, and hike the Great Wall. She is a Media Specialist at Floyd Central High School and is one of 100 educators taking part in the 2016 Fellowship program.
