Join us for an evening of culinary competition on Monday, March 7th from 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM in Strasweg Auditorium. The Soup & Chili Cook-Off is an opportunity for you to bring your best soup and/or chili recipes for tasting and judging. Not really a chef? You can still join us to taste and vote for your favorites.
Prizes will be awarded to winners. We’ll have categories for Best Soup, Best Chili, Audience Pick, and the new Heirloom Award for the best soup or chili passed down through generations.
This is a free event open to the public. Only those who wish to enter a dish must register. Entrants will need to bring 4 quarts of soup to the event.
