Join us for Mix-It-Up Monday, a weekly teen program on Monday nights from 5:30-7 PM. The first Monday of the month is our Teen Advisory Board meeting and the last Monday is typically our Anime Club meeting, but we’ll be doing a variety of programs on the other nights of the month (come to our Teen Advisory Board if you want to help plan or pick programs). So far this season we’ve had a dessert-making challenge and a Marvel trivia night, but next Monday’s program will be an escape room event called Chrono Chaos!
No registration is required and everyone who attends will break into four teams centered around four characters who were ripped from their various time periods by a cataclysmic rift in time and space. Players will have to solve clues particular to their own time period as well as work together with players from other time periods to help restore the space-time continuum. Players will have an hour to go through three rounds and will have a chance to play as twelve characters from past, present and the future including an Egyptian pharaoh, a spy, a Renaissance artist, a dinosaur, an astronaut on Mars, and a cyborg from the future.
