I know right now you’re probably hustling and bustling to get everything ready for the winter holidays you’re celebrating. It’s okay if you don’t have time to read right now. But once the bustle settles a little bit and you start thinking ahead to the new year, consider picking up one of our library book groups’ picks for the new year. Joining a book group can be a great way to stay motivated to read, expand your social circle, and introduce yourself to other opinions about the books you’re reading. A library book group is a low-stakes way to dip your toes into book discussion because we organize it all! We set the meeting times, we get a room ready, we pick the books and provide copies to check out… AND we don’t mind if you didn’t finish the book.
So what’s coming up in early 2025 for our book groups? Take a look now so you can grab the book, register for the meeting, and read by the fireplace (or on your commute or before bedtime or whenever works for you) and join us in the new year. Copies of the books are available for checkout through the library.
