Our “Reading is Magical” Summer Reading Program continues with a week of virtual programs celebrating The Princess Bride from July 20-24.  Starting Monday you can pick-up a kids’ make-it/take-it craft that includes one foam tiara and some decorations and a scratch-art Man in Black mask.  Sign up here to reserve a kit and have fun stormin’ the castle!  Think Plato, Aristotle, and Socrates are morons?  Engage in the Battle of Wits Tuesday, July 21 at 7:30 PM in a Princess Bride trivia contest.  The winner gets a $10 Amazon gift card.  Wednesday at 2 PM we’ll study swordplay and watch a spectacular fencing demonstration from the Louisville Fencing Center.  Thursday, July 23 brave the three terrors of the Fire Swamp when we go live with a virtual Princess Bride escape room.  Register here to receive the link.  Finally on Friday, July 24 at 10:30 AM, we’ll have an educational children’s program about rodents of unusual size.
