The holiday season looks different for everyone! Whether you are visiting family or friends in town, out of town, or spending time alone, check out some of these items in our Library of Things collection to make this holiday more special.

Last year, my family dug out old photo negatives and slides that they had at their houses. Using the Kodak Scanza, we were able to view the negatives and slides on our TV and save digital copies to make them easier to share. Find the Scanza here to put it on hold.

Check out our Family Game Night Kit for hours of good old family competition! The kit includes several board games to fit several gaming moods and ages. The kit includes Guess Who, Apples to Apples, and Sequence.  Apples to Apples is a great game to play in a large group where everyone knows each other!

Are you going out of town? There is nothing worse than being stuck in the car for hours with nothing to do. Check out our Road Trip Game Kit to beat the boredom. These games are recommended for younger children and families.

If you don’t mind being outdoors in December, we have two DNR Annual Entrance Permits that are good until the end of 2022! These passes waive the entry fee to most state parks. You can put the passes on hold here or check out this website for more information!

We have several ukuleles available for checkout. Each instrument comes with a case, strap, tuner, and an introductory book to get you started. Check out all of them and start your own ukulele quartet. Amaze your friends with a rendition of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star! Put them on hold here.
